Some time ago, I visited the BRLO Craft Center in Berlin and spent a day with an employee as he went about his daily work as a brewer.
How exactly do you make beer? My ideas were vague. My grandfather was a brewer in Franconia, but I have to admit that as a child it was more the “funny smell” that stayed in my memory than the fascination for this creative, but also quite scientific process. I was able to learn more at BRLO.
